Having just completed the updated training with Royal Caribbean, I wanted to share some highlights.
The brand new Icon of the Seas has the largest waterpark at sea!
Meals all day that are included in your cruise fare (might vary on availability based on ship): Park Cafe, Sorrentos, El Loco Fresh, Boardwalk Dog House and Windjammer — some may charge for sodas (always for alcohol).
While aboard, you can catch Broadway like shows (live) like: Hairspray, Grease (I got to see this one!), CATS, Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You, and Saturday Night Fever
Launching this month, Utopia of The Seas is all about a quick weekend getaway and food.
There are over 40 ways to dine and drink at places like (additional charges):

Catch waves on Perfect Storm waterslides trio that are 3 stories high: Typhoon, Cyclone, and Supercell
Icon of the Seas is the largest ship in their fleet and the first of the new Icon class of ships.
You will find 7 pools, the largest waterpark at sea, Crown’s Edge - an aerial adventure, Cloud 17 - an upscale retreat on the top deck, and the Aqua Dome - the crown of the ship - that is a tranquil oasis during the day and a roaring theater at night.
Absolute Zero is the biggest ice arena ever at sea.
There are 8 neighborhoods across the 20 decks within the ship:
> Thrill Island - home to Category 6 waterpark
> Surfside: splash away bay aqua park, baby bay, and new waters edge pool
> Chill Island: 4 pools and 6 whirlpools
> Hideaway: 1st suspended infinity pool that is adult only
